Pet Policy
At Waterford Trails, your four-legged family members are welcome to settle in right alongside you. Let them stretch their legs at our on-site bark park and explore the community's walking and biking trails together.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
