“The property is new so all the units are in pristine condition. The grounds are kept clean and free from dog waste. Law enforcement reside here so there is a feeling of safety. Lots of community activites. It is the staff though that make this a great place to live. They are knowledgeable, resourceful, always friendly and quick to respond to any needs that arise. Only draw back is that there are a couple of residents whose car alarms go off frequently for very long periods of time but I suppose that is to be expected living in an apartment complex. Conclusion: highly recommend.”

“I have lived at Waterford Trails for 3 years. I have had a very good experience. The grounds are kept nice and neat, the maintenance is good, and the staff is nice and very helpful. This is all to be expected at a nice apartment complex, but what I would say is excellent is how these things are accomplished. Issues always come up living somewhere for 3 years and how these issues have been handled is where I have been very pleased. For example, I lived here during hurricane Harvey, and was very pleased how notifications were sent to the residents and any negative effects from the storm, which there weren't many for us, was handled. Also the location of the complex is excellent, with easy access to 2920, 99, 249 and 45.”
